Circuit Tests

NOTE:
Before performing circuit tests, check for stored DTCs. See RETRIEVING DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES
under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM. Ensure all DTCs are corrected before proceeding. Perform appropriate circuit test in accordance with the symptom. See CIRCUIT TEST DIRECTORY TABLE
. It may be necessary to consult wiring diagram when performing circuit test. Wiring diagram is located after the pinpoint tests.
NOTE:
When performing DTC tests, technician may be instructed to check Parameter Identification (PID) on a specified component to verify operation of input and outputs for specified module being tested.
