Wiper Switch Test

NOTE:
Windshield wiper switch is an integral part of multi-function switch and cannot be serviced separately. Wiper switch may also be referred to as multi-function switch.
Disconnect wiper switch connector located under steering column. Check continuity or resistance, as appropriate, between specified terminals. See WIPER SWITCH TEST TABLE. See Fig 1 . Replace wiper switch if readings are not as specified.
