Control Unit Input Test

Remove lower dash cover. Disconnect 8-pin connector from immobilizer control unit. See Fig 1 . Check for good terminal contact of connector. Perform control unit input test. See Fig 2 . Repair as necessary. If all control unit input test results are okay, replace immobilizer control unit. See IMMOBILIZER/TRANSPONDER TEST.
