Headlight Assembly: Installation

INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT, BULB
1. Install the No. 1 headlight bulb.

2. Lock the set spring by moving it in the direction indicated by the arrow in Fig 2.

3. Install the socket cover.

INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB
1. Install the clearance light bulb into the light socket.
2. To install the clearance light bulb socket and bulb, turn them in the direction indicated by the arrow in Fig 4.

INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB
1. Install the front turn signal light bulb into the light socket.
2. To install the front turn signal light bulb socket and bulb, turn them in the direction indicated by the arrow in Fig 5.

INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY
1. Connect the 3 connectors.
2. Install the LH headlight assembly with the bolt and 3 screws.
  Torque: 2.0 N*m (20 kgf*cm, 17 in.*lbf)

INSTALL FRONT BUMPER FILLER (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (See INSTALLATION )
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Torque: 3.9 N*m (40 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf)
