How To Proceed With Troubleshooting

  1. VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP 
  2. CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS 
    1. Interview and confirm the trouble.
      1. Confirm the symptom of the trouble.
  3. BASIC INSPECTION 
    1. Conduct basic inspection.
      1. Check the battery voltage.

        Standard: 11 to 14 V 

    2. Check the power supply to the radio receiver assembly.
      1. Turn the ignition switch to the ACC position.
      2. Check whether or not the display appears on the radio receiver assembly.
        RESULT REFERENCE

        Result Proceed To
        Display appears A
        Display does not appears B

    B: PROCEED TO PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE 

    A: Go to next step 

  4. DTC CHECK 

    A: DTC OUTPUT (Go to step   5 ) 

    B: DTC NOT OUTPUT (Go to step   6 ) 

  5. DTC TABLE 

    NEXT: GO TO STEP   7 

  6. PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE 
  7. CIRCUIT INSPECTION AND PART INSPECTION
