DTC 1203: DVD Temp Error (With Display Audio) (2017)

NOTE: 

• First, check the Vehicle 12 volt battery condition .
• This navigation DTC sets when the internal temperature of the built-in DVD player is high or low temperature. Do the troubleshooting when the unit is within the allowable range.
• Before you troubleshoot, make sure to follow the General Troubleshooting Information - Refer to: How to Troubleshoot the Navigation System (With Display Audio) (2017) .

1. Problem verification

   -1. Clear the hard error codes.

   - 2. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode then the ON mode.

   - 3. Check for hard error codes.

   Is DTC 1203 indicated?

   YES 

   Replace the audio-navigation unit - Refer to: Audio-Navigation Unit Removal and Installation (With Display Audio) (2017) .

   NO 

   Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.
