P0A82 HV Battery Module Fan 1 Problem
P0AC7 HV Battery Module Temperature Sensor 2 Circuit Low Voltage
P0AC8 HV Battery Module Temperature Sensor 2 Circuit High Voltage

    Is DTC P0A82, P0AC7 or P0AC8 indicated?

    YES

Go to the indicated DTC's troubleshooting.

    NO

    Go to step 3.

  3. Battery cooling system visual check

-1. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.

    - 2. Check the IPU air duct and the high voltage battery module fan for disconnections, damage, or obstructions.

Are the high voltage battery module fan inlet/outlet duct and the high voltage battery module fan OK?

    YES

Replace the high voltage battery module temperature sensor 2 - Refer to: Battery Pack Disassembly and Reassembly (2017) .

    NO

Repair or replace the IPU air duct and the high voltage battery module fan as needed - Refer to IPU air duct (2017) and High Voltage Battery Module Fan Removal and Installation (2017) .
