Cannot select ON mode with the keyless remote touching the engine start/stop switch, but can select ON mode with keyless access (2015-17)

Diagnostic procedure:
Check the backup control unit inside the keyless access control unit
Also check for:
- Keyless access control unit is not registered
- Keyless access control unit
- MTR CONT line power short*
- ESLID mismatch*
- MTR CONT line open/short*
- IGN TRX line open/short*
- Not registered
- Harness/connections
