DTC 1302: GPS Receiver Error 1 (Display Audio) (2016-17)

NOTE:
- Check the vehicle battery condition first .
- This audio DTC sets when there is an internal GPS receiver problem (freeze error).

- Problem verification
-1. Clear the hard error codes.
- 2. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode then the ON mode, and wait at least 1 minute.
- 3. Check for hard error codes.
Is DTC 1302 indicated?
YES
Replace the audio unit - Refer to: Audio Unit Removal and Installation (Without Touch Screen), or Audio Unit Removal and Installation (With Touch Screen), or Audio Unit Removal and Installation (Display Audio) (2016-17) .
NO
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.
