DTC 2701: GPS Diag: Antenna (Display Audio) (2016-17)

NOTE:
- Check the vehicle battery condition first .
- This audio DTC sets when a problem is detected in the GPS antenna (the GPS antenna icon is red in the System Links).
- Before you troubleshoot, make sure to follow the General Troubleshooting Information - Refer to: How to Troubleshoot the Audio System, or Audio System Self-Diagnostic Function (Without Navigation, Without Touch Screen), or Audio System Self-Diagnostic Function (Without Navigation, With Touch Screen), or How to Troubleshoot the Audio System (Display Audio) (2016-17) .
- Check the connectors for poor connections or loose terminals.
- Problem verification
-1. Clear the hard error codes.
- 2. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode then the ON mode, and wait at least 60 seconds.
- 3. Check for hard error codes.
Is DTC 2701 indicated?
YES
The failure is duplicated, go to step 2.
NO
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.

-1. Check for hard error codes.
Is DTC 1301 indicated?
YES
Go to DTC 1301 troubleshooting .
NO
Replace the audio unit - Refer to: Audio Unit Removal and Installation (Without Touch Screen), or Audio Unit Removal and Installation (With Touch Screen), or Audio Unit Removal and Installation (Display Audio) (2016-17) .
