HFL Switch Test: Test

NOTE:  HFL switch, HFL-navigation voice control switch are the same parts.

1. Steering Wheel Trim - Remove

   Remove the steering wheel trim .

2. HFL Switch - Test

   1. Measure the resistance between terminals No. 3 and No. 4 in each switch position according to the table.

   Position	Resistance
   No button pressed	About 10 kΩ
   TALK button pressed	About 2.2 kΩ
   HANG-UP/BACK button pressed	About 47 Ω
   PICK-UP button pressed	About 222 Ω

   2. If the resistance is not as specified, replace the HFL switch.

3. Steering Wheel Trim - Install

   Install the steering wheel trim .
