Connecting Pipe Replacement

- Drain the engine coolant (see COOLANT REPLACEMENT ).
- Remove the thermostat housing (see THERMOSTAT HOUSING REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ).
- Remove the connecting pipe (A).
- Install the connecting pipe with a new O-ring (B).
- Install the thermostat housing (see INSTALLATION ).
- Refill the radiator with engine coolant, and bleed the air from the cooling system with the heater valve open (see step 8).
- Clean up any spilled engine coolant.
