Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The BECM communicates with the diagnostic scan tool through the HS-CAN1.

Possible Sources 

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

Verify BJB fuse 52 (15A) and BCM fuse 14 (10A) are OK.
