Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The CCM communicates with the diagnostic scan tool through the HS-CAN2.

Possible Sources 

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

Verify BJB fuse 23 (15A) and BCM fuse 32 (10A) are OK.
