Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The SOBDMC/ TCM communicates with the diagnostic scan tool through the HS-CAN1.

Possible Sources 

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

Verify BJB fuses 18 (10A), 21 (15A) and 51 (15A) are OK.
