Pinpoint Test V : The RACM (Rear Audio Control Module) Does Not Respond To The Diagnostic Scan Tool: Notes

Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The RACM communicates on the HS-CAN3. Diagnostic messages are sent/received between the DLC and the diagnostic scan tool through the HS-CAN2 circuits at the DLC, and are translated through the GWM to the HS-CAN3.

Possible Sources 

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

Verify BCM fuse 9 (10A) is OK.
