DTC P2270: O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Lean (Bank 1 / Sensor 2): DTC Detecting Condition

DTC DETECTING CONDITION

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Plausibility check during shift of lambda setpoint to rich or lean
  • Three Way Catalytic Converter (TWC)
  • Air leakage in exhaust system
  • Rear HO2S
Enable Conditions
  • No fuel cut-off
  • No full load phase
  • No fuel trim error detected
  • Delay time to start diagnosis : 13 ~ 30 sec., depending on operation point
  • 11V < Battery voltage < 16V
  • No relevant failure
Threshold Value
  • Rear HO2S signal < 0.75V when lambda set point = 0.80
Diagnostic Time
  • 30 sec.
