DTC Confirmation

Depending on equipment available, use one of the following to set DTC:

Using GST, start engine and idle. Turn TCS off. Drive vehicle at 43-62 MPH for 12 seconds. Select MODE 7.
Using MIL, start engine and idle. Turn TCS off. Drive vehicle at 43-62 MPH for 12 seconds. Retrieve DTCs using MIL. See SELF-DIAGNOSTICS SYSTEM in the TESTS W/CODES - INTRODUCTION article.
