New Remote Controller Will Not Program

Perform the following diagnostic procedures: REMOTE CONTROLLER BATTERY CHECK  , KEY SWITCH CHECK  , DOOR SWITCH CHECK  , DRIVER'S DOOR LOCK/UNLOCK SWITCH CHECK  , DOOR UNLOCK SENSOR CHECK  and POWER SUPPLY & GROUND CIRCUIT CHECKS  under SYSTEM TESTS. Also, check remote controller function. Perform PROGRAMMING NEW ID CODE  procedure under PROGRAMMING.
