Idle Air Control Valve-Fast Idle Control Device (IACV-FICD - Q45)

Remove IACV-FICD. See Figure. Using jumper wires, apply battery voltage to IACV-FICD terminals. IACV-FICD should click when jumper wires are connected and disconnected. Inspect IACV-FICD plunger for sticking. Also check for broken spring.
