DRIVER SIDE : Component Function Check

  1. CHECK FUNCTION
    1. Turn ignition switch ON.
    2. Select "FORWARD SW" in the "Data Monitor" mode using CONSULT-III.
    3. Check the forward switch signal under the following condition.
      TEST ITEM CONDITION CHART

      Test item Condition Status
      FORWARD SW Driver side seatback Folded up ON
      Folded down OFF

      Is the indication normal? 

      YES: Forward switch function is OK.

      NO: Refer to "DRIVER SIDE : DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE ".
