Component Function Check

CHECK FUNCTION

Select "HOOD SW" in "Data Monitor" mode with CONSULT-III.

Check the hood switch signal under the following condition.

TEST ITEM CONDITION AND STATUS REFERENCE

Test item	Condition		Status
HOOD SW	Hood	Open	ON
HOOD SW	Hood	Close	OFF

Is the indication normal?

YES: Hood switch is OK.

NO: Go to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE .
