Component Inspection

- CHECK PARK/NEUTRAL POSITION SWITCH
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect park/neutral position switch connector.
- Check continuity between park/neutral position switch terminals.CONNECTOR TERMINALS CONTINUITY REFERENCE CHART
Park/neutral position switch Condition Continuity Terminal 2 3 Shift lever Neutral position Existed Except neutral position Not existed Is the inspection result normal?
YES: INSPECTION END
NO: Replace park/neutral position switch. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
