Diagnosis Procedure

  1. CHECK ENGINE START FUNCTION
    1. Verify that DTC except for DTC P1610 is not detected.

      If detected, erase DTC after fixing.

    2. Turn ignition switch OFF.
    3. Insert Intelligent Key into key slot.
    4. Turn ignition switch ON and wait 5 seconds.
    5. Turn ignition switch OFF and wait 5 seconds.
    6. Repeat steps  4 and  5 twice (a total of 3 times).
    7. Verify that engine can start.
