SERVICE INFORMATION

Two methods are used to update/upgrade Navigation Map Data:

The customer goes to www.infinitinavigation.com and is mailed an update disc(s) or SD card and installs data.
OR
The dealership is mailed update disc(s) and the customer must visit the dealership to have data installed.
Use the matrix on the next page to determine which method is utilized for each Applied Vehicle.

MAP DATA UPDATE METHOD

A	DVD Customer is mailed update disc(s) and can install data; disc(s) left in disc drive.
B	HDD Dealership is mailed update disc(s); customer visits dealership to have data installed. Refer to ITB08-021.
C	HDD - DVD Customer is mailed update disc(s) and can install data; disc(s) not left in drive.
D	SD Card Customer is mailed update SD Card and can install data via port in vehicle.
