AV CONTROL UNIT: Diagnosis Procedure

- CHECK FUSE
Check for blown fuses.
Power source Fuse No. Battery 34 Is the inspection result normal?
YES: GO TO 2.
NO: Be sure to eliminate cause of malfunction before installing new fuse.
- CHECK BATTERY POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
Check voltage between AV control unit harness connectors and ground.
Signal name (+) (-) Ignition switch position Voltage (Approx.) AV control unit Connector Terminal Battery power supply M208 19 Ground OFF Battery voltage Is the inspection result normal?
YES: GO TO 3.
NO: Check harness between AV control unit and fuse.
- CHECK ACC POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
Check voltage between AV control unit harness connectors and ground.
Signal name (+) (-) Ignition switch position Voltage (Approx.) AV control unit Connector Terminal ACC power supply M208 7 Ground ACC Battery voltage Is the inspection result normal?
YES: GO TO 4.
NO: Check harness between AV control unit and BCM.
- CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT
