BOSE AMP.: Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK FUSE

Check for blown fuses.

Battery

8, 10, 34⁽¹⁾

Ignition switch ACC or ON

⁽¹⁾	With 16 speaker models

Is the inspection result normal?

YES: GO TO 2.

NO: Be sure to eliminate cause of malfunction before installing new fuse.

CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT

Check voltage between BOSE amp. harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES: GO TO 3.

NO: Check harness between BOSE amp. and fuse.

CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT

Turn ignition switch OFF.
Disconnect BOSE amp. connector.

Check continuity between BOSE amp. harness connector and ground.

NO: Repair harness or connector.
