Component Function Check

CHECK FUNCTION

Select "HOOD SW" in the "Data Monitor" mode using CONSULT-III.

Check the hood switch signal under the following condition.

Test item	Condition		Status
HOOD SW	Hood	Open	ON
HOOD SW	Hood	Close	OFF

Is the indication normal?

YES: Hood switch is normal.

NO: Go to "DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE ".
