Diagnosis Procedure

◦ With CONSULT 

1. Turn ignition switch ON.
2. Select "SELF-DIAG RESULTS" mode of "ENGINE" with CONSULT.
3. Touch "ERASE".
4. Perform DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE.

   Refer to "DTC LOGIC ".

ⓧ With GST 

1. Turn ignition switch ON.
2. Select Service $04 with GST.
3. Perform DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE.

   Refer to "DTC LOGIC ".

   Is the 1st trip DTC P1425 displayed again? 

   YES: GO TO 2.

   NO: INSPECTION END

1. Replace ECM. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
2. Refer to "WORK PROCEDURE ".

   : GO TO 3.

◦ With CONSULT 

1. Turn ignition switch ON.
2. Select "SELF-DIAG RESULTS" mode of "ENGINE" with CONSULT.
3. Touch "ERASE".
4. Perform DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE.

   Refer to "DTC LOGIC ".

ⓧ With GST 

1. Turn ignition switch ON.
2. Select Service $04 with GST.
3. Perform DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE.

   Refer to "DTC LOGIC ".

   Is the 1st trip DTC P1425 displayed again? 

   YES: Replace HPCM. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".

   NO: INSPECTION END
