DISPLAY UNIT: Diagnosis Procedure

- CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT (DISPLAY SIDE)
- Turn ignition switch ACC.
- Check voltage between display unit harness connector and ground.
Signal name (+) (-) Voltage (Approx.) Display unit Connector Terminal Inverter VCC M195 2 Ground 9.0 V Signal VCC 3 Is the inspection result normal?
YES: GO TO 4.
NO: GO TO 2.
- CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT (CONTINUITY)
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect the harness connector between display unit and AV control unit.
- Check continuity between display unit harness connector and AV control unit harness connector.
Display unit AV control unit Continuity Connector Terminal Connector Terminal M195 2 M82 48 Existed 3 36 - Check continuity between display unit harness connector and ground.
Display unit Ground Continuity Connector Terminal M195 2 Not existed 3 Is the inspection result normal?
YES: GO TO 3.
NO: Repair harness or connector.
- CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT (AV CONTROL UNIT SIDE)
- Connect the AV control unit harness connector.
- Turn ignition switch ACC.
- Check voltage between AV control unit harness connector and ground.
Signal name (+) (-) Voltage (Approx.) AV control unit Connector Terminal Inverter VCC M82 48 Ground 9.0 V Signal VCC 36 9.0 V Is the inspection result normal?
YES: INSPECTION END
NO: Replace AV control unit. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
