OPEN/CLOSE SWITCH: Component Inspection

  1. CHECK OPEN/CLOSE SWITCH 
    1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
    2. Disconnect door mirror remote control switch connector.
    3. Check continuity between door mirror remote control switch terminals.
      DOOR MIRROR CONTINUITY REFERENCE (DRIVER SIDE)

      Terminal
      7 6 Open/close switch OPEN Existed
      1 3
      7 3 CLOSE
      1 6
      DOOR MIRROR CONTINUITY REFERENCE (PASSENGER SIDE)

      Door mirror remote control switch Condition Continuity
      Terminal
      7 5 Open/close switch OPEN Existed
      1 2
      7 2 CLOSE
      1 5

      Is the inspection result normal? 

      YES: INSPECTION END

      NO: Replace door mirror remote control switch.
