DTC Detection Logic

DTC Trouble diagnosis name DTC is detected if... Possible cause
P1815 Manual Mode Switch Circuit
  • The TCM receives multiple signals from the manual mode switch or receives no signals for continuously 2 seconds or more.
  • Shift up/down signal of paddle shifter continuously remains ON for 60 seconds.(1)
  • Harness or connectors

    (These switches circuit is open or shorted.)

  • Manual mode select switch

    (Into A/T shift selector)

  • Manual mode position select switch (Into A/T shift selector)
  • Paddle shifter(1)
