System Description
- HPCM performs total control of the engine stop function, based on information transmitted from each control unit, sensor, and switch. For details, refer to "HYBRID CONTROL SYSTEM: SYSTEM DESCRIPTION ".
- When receiving an engine stop notice signal from HPCM via CAN communication and judging that it is possible to stop the engine, ECM transmits an engine stop permit signal to HPCM via CAN communication.
- ECM stops the engine when receiving an engine stop command signal from HPCM via CAN communication.
