2WD: Component Inspection

  1. CHECK SNOW MODE SWITCH 
    1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
    2. Disconnect snow mode/tow mode/VDC OFF switch assembly harness connector.
    3. Check the continuity between snow mode/tow mode/VDC OFF switch assembly terminals under the following conditions.
      Terminals Condition Continuity
      12 and 22 Snow mode switch ON Existed
      OFF Not Existed

      Is the inspection result normal? 

      YES: INSPECTION END

      NO: Replace snow mode/tow mode/VDC OFF switch assembly. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
