4WD: Component Inspection

  1. CHECK SNOW MODE SWITCH 
    1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
    2. Disconnect 4WD switch assembly harness connector.
    3. Check the continuity between 4WD switch assembly terminals under the following conditions.
      Terminals Condition Continuity
      12 and 22 Snow mode switch ON Existed
      OFF Not Existed

      Is the inspection result normal? 

      YES: INSPECTION END

      NO: Replace 4WD switch assembly. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
