Electric Power Steering System

CAUTION: Disconnect battery negative terminal before starting operations.

Never remove power steering control module from steering gear assembly. When replacing power steering control module, replace steering gear assembly. Refer to STEERING GEAR AND LINKAGE : Removal & Installation .

CAUTION: If replacing steering gear assembly, perform additional service when replacing power steering control module. Refer to Work Procedure .
