Models with Around View Monitor System

1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect around view monitor control unit harness connector and door mirror (passenger side) harness connector.
3. Check the continuity between around view monitor control unit harness connector and door mirror (passenger side) harness connector.

   *1: With automatic drive positioner

   *2: Without automatic drive positioner

4. Check continuity between around view monitor control unit harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 2.

NO

Repair harness or connector.

1. Erase DTC.
2. Turn ignition switch OFF.
3. Replace side camera (passenger side). Refer to SIDE CAMERA : Removal & Installation .
4. Turn ignition switch ON.
5. Select "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "AVM" using CONSULT.
6. Check DTC.

Is DTC C1A5A detected?

YES

Replace around view monitor control unit. Refer to AROUND VIEW MONITOR CONTROL UNIT : Removal & Installation .

NO

INSPECTION END
