P0016

Crankshaft position B1 sensor A

(Crankshaft position - camshaft position correlation bank 1 sensor A)

Diagnosis condition

• Ignition switch: ON
• Engine speed: 500 - 2, 000 rpm [when vehicle speed is less than 4 km/h (2.5 MPH)]
• Engine speed: 1, 200 - 2, 000 rpm [when vehicle speed is 4 km/h (2.5 MPH) or more]
• Engine coolant temperature: 60 - 120 deg.C (140 - 248 deg.F)
• Battery voltage: 11 - 16 V

During the diagnosis of alignment of intake valve timing control, the angle difference between actual angle and target angle is 13 degrees or more

Diagnosis delay time

0.3 seconds or more
