DTC Diagnosis Procedure
- CHECK DTC PRIORITY
If DTC "C1A40-23" or "C1A40-24" is displayed with DTC "U1000-01", first diagnose the DTC "U1000-01".
Is applicable DTC detected?
YES
Perform diagnosis of applicable. Refer to DTC Description .
NO
GO TO 2.
- CHECK DATA MONITOR OF ADAS CONTROL UNIT
Check that "FEB SW" operates normally in "DATA MONITOR" of "ICC/ADAS" with CONSULT.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
Refer to Intermittent Incident .
NO
GO TO 3.
- CHECK HARNESS BETWEEN ADAS CONTROL UNIT AND WARNING SYSTEM SWITCH
- Turn the ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect following connectors.
- ADAS control unit
- warning system switch
- Check for continuity between ADAS control unit harness connector and warning system switch harness connector.

- Check for continuity between ADAS control unit harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO 4.
NO
Repair the harnesses or connectors.
- CHECK WARNING SYSTEM SWITCH GROUND CIRCUIT
Check for continuity between warning system switch harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO 5.
NO
Repair the harnesses or connectors.
- CHECK WARNING SYSTEM SWITCH
- Turn the ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect warning system switch harness connector.
- Check warning system switch. Refer to Component Inspection .
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
Repair the ADAS control unit. Refer to Removal and Installation .
NO
Replace the warning system switch. Refer to Removal and Installation .
