DTC Confimation Procedure

If "DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE" has been previously conducted, always ignition switch OFF and wait at least 10 seconds before conducting the next test.

GO TO 2.

With CONSULT

1. Turn ignition switch ON.
2. Press the P position switch to shift to P position and wait for 5 seconds or more. (Be sure to press the P position switch for 1 seconds or more).
3. Check DTC.

Is "P18A8-00 detected?

YES

Go to DTC Diagnosis Procedure .

NO

GO TO 3.

With CONSULT

1. Release the P position switch and wait for 5 minutes or more.
2. Check DTC.

Is "P18A8-00 detected?

YES

Go to DTC Diagnosis Procedure .

NO

To check malfunction symptom before repair: Go to Intermittent Incident .

NO

Confirmation after repair: INSPECTION END
