Removal and Installation: Removal
- Remove battery tray. Refer to Removal and Installation

- Disconnect the harness connectors from the ECM, TCM, electric intake valve timing control module, and VCR control module. Refer to Harness Connector
(lever locking type).
- Remove module assembly bracket bolts.
- Remove electric intake valve timing control module nuts.
- Remove electric intake valve timing control module.
