- Refer to the appropriate wiring diagrams information and check connections are secure and wiring integrity
- Check powertrain control module for related restraints DTCs and refer to relevant DTC index, rectify these first
- Refer to the appropriate wiring diagrams information and check the crash signal circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance
- Refer to the appropriate wiring diagrams information and check the restraints control module power and ground circuits for open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, check the restraints control module for related DTCs
