Test TC-113B - EVAP Purge Flow Monitor Failure

NOTE: Perform TEST TC-113A  before proceeding.
NOTE: For connector terminal identification, refer to CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION . For wiring diagram, see WIRING DIAGRAMS article in this section.
NOTE: Replacing PCM will not correct this problem. EVAP purge solenoid may also be referred to as EVAP solenoid.
  1. Disconnect EVAP solenoid-to-EVAP canister hose at canister. Attempt to blow air through hose. If air does not flow, repair or replace hose and perform TEST VER-5A. if air flows, go to next step.
  2. Check for plugged hose vent port on EVAP canister. Repair hose as necessary and perform TEST VER-5A. If vent port is plugged, clean plugged vent port and retest. If no plug exists, replace EVAP canister and perform TEST VER-5A .
