Diagnostic Aids

If problem being diagnosed is a rear door window that won't operate from rear door switch, but does operate from driver master switch, see POWER WINDOW SWITCH TEST  . If problem is a passenger front or rear window that operates from that door switch, but does not operate from driver master switch, use DRB scan tool to diagnose door modules and Chrysler Collision Detection (CCD) data bus circuits.
