Driver Side Junction Block

  1. Disconnect the body ECU connectors 2A, 2B, 2D, 2G and 2K. See CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION .
  2. Inspect the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the vehicle's side connector. See INSPECTING DRIVER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK VOLTAGE & CONTINUITY  table. If the value is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the vehicle's side.
    INSPECTING DRIVER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK VOLTAGE & CONTINUITY

    Tester Connection Wiring Color Condition (Specified Condition)
    2K-11 (B) - 2D-3 (GND) White/Red - White/Black Constant (10-14 Volts)
    2H-6 (ACC) - 2D-3 (GND) Blue/Red - White/Black Constant (10-14 Volts)
    2G-14 (BDR1) - 2D-3 (GND) Blue/White - White/Black Constant (10-14 Volts)
    2H-2 (BDR2) - 2D-3 (GND) White/Black - White/Black Constant (10-14 Volts)
    2B-11 (SGND) - Body Ground White/Black - Body Ground Constant (0 Volt - 10-14 Volts)
    2A-11 (SGND) - 2D-3 Body Ground White/Black - Body Ground Constant (Continuity)
    2D-3 (GND) - Body Ground White/Black - Body Ground Constant (Continuity)
