Deceleration Sensor Zero Point Calibration

  1. Using special tool (09843-18040), jumper between terminals Ts and CG of DLC3. See Fig 1.
  2. Turn the ignition switch ON. Ensure the vehicle is in a stationary condition with the shift lever in P.
  3. Check that the VSC warning light is illuminated for about 4 seconds and then begins flashing at .13 second intervals.
  4. After confirming the flashing of TRC OFF indicator light for 2 seconds, turn the ignition switch off.
  5. Remove the special tool.
