July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Inspection Procedure

  1. Check fuse. (GAUGE, MPX-B2 and DOME fuse) 
    1. NG:  Replace fuse.
    2. OK:  Go to next step.
  2. Check voltage between terminals 12(B), 13(B), 1(IG+) and 11(ES) of combination meter connector. 
    1. PREPARATION: 
      1. Remove the combination meter.
      2. Disconnect the combination meter connector.
    2. CHECK:  Measure voltage between terminals 12(B), 13(B), and 1(IG+) of the combination meter connector and 11(ES).
      1. OK:  Voltage: 10-14 V

    1. OK:  Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on problem symptom table (See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLES ).
    2. NG:  Go to next step.
  3. Check for open in harness and connector between terminal GND of combination meter and body ground. 
    1. NG:  Repair or replace wire harness or connector.
    2. OK:  Check and repair wire harness and connector between combination meter and battery.
