Front Speed Sensor: Removal

  1. DISCONNECT SPEED SENSOR CONNECTOR 
    1. Remove the front wheel and front fender liner.
    2. Disconnect the speed sensor connector.

  2. REMOVE SPEED SENSOR 
    1. Remove the bolt, then disconnect the flexible hose and speed sensor harness clamp from the shock absorber.
      • Torque: 29 N.m (300 kgf.cm, 21 ft.lbf)

    2. Remove the resin clip from the shock absorber.
    3. Remove the bolt and speed sensor harness clamp to the body.
      • Torque: 5.0 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in..lbf) 
    4. Remove the bolt and speed sensor from the steering knuckle.
      • Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf.cm, 71 in..lbf)
