Stop Light Switch

Inspect the stop light switch continuity. See CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION . See INSPECTING STOP LIGHT SWITCH CONTINUITY  table. If continuity is not as specified, replace the switch.

Switch Position Tester Connection Specified Condition
Switch Pin Free 1 - 2 Continuity
Switch Pin Pushed In 3 - 4 Continuity
