Inspection Procedure

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (BETWEEN HEADLAMP LEVELING ECU AND HEADLAMP LEVELING MOTOR)
- Check the continuity of the vehicle side wire harness between headlamp leveling ECU and headlamp leveling motor.
Standard: There is continuity.
NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: Go to Next Step
- Check the continuity of the vehicle side wire harness between headlamp leveling ECU and headlamp leveling motor.
- CHECK HEAD LIGHT UNIT (HEADLAMP LEVELING MOTOR)
- Check that the leveling motor operates normally when lighting up the headlamp with engine running.
NG: REPLACE HEAD LIGHT UNIT (HEADLAMP LEVELING MOTOR)
OK: CHECK AND REPLACE HEADLAMP LEVELING ECU ASSY
- Check that the leveling motor operates normally when lighting up the headlamp with engine running.
